As with most clients, we start with Triage to ensure the books were clean and accurate.
We also reviewed prior year tax returns for accuracy and tax efficiencies. We implemented a Chart of Accounts that gave the Pizzava Management team the level of detail required to implement improvements and we made sure the business was meeting all compliance requirements. Sabri had a team that was ready to answer his questions when he needed us, he truly felt like Vast was an extension of his internal team. Pizzava had regular, accurate financial statements from their Vast team that painted a true picture of the businesses performance. Sabri was right, his business was scalable!
